The repair of school buildings in the Province of Sarangani in Mindanao is reportedly underway. This, following the visit of Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro in Sarangani earlier this week. Teodoro graced the ceremonial start of the repair efforts under the “Laban sa Kahirapan” project of the national government. Here’s a photo of Teodoro along with my friend, Mindanaoan and Sarangani Governor Miguel Rene Dominguez.
