Club South Pacific soon to be Misamis Oriental’s most luxurious resort-hotel

“Living Life To The Full” – this is what Club South Pacific Philippines promises its members and guests. And just by the looks of this multi-million, visually attractive project in Gitagum, Misamis Oriental, Mindanao, Philippines, you know that it’s all set to deliver.

I had the utmost privilege to meet and chat with Mr. Shinnosuke Saito, the Founder and Chairman of Club South Pacific, a few days ago. Construction of this mega complex will be in two phases.

As of now, CSP Philippines is offering various membership packages to interested parties.

Individual membership will only cost Php150,000.00. This is the JOINING FEE and MEMBERSHIP IS GOOD FOR A LIFETIME. That’s roughly US $3,300.00 or 4,479,900 KRW (South Korean Won) Quite a steal, if you ask me, especially since the amount will increase fast as soon as construction begins THIS YEAR. Individual membership is also transferable and one membership card will be issued to a nominated member.

Spot cash payors will enjoy a whopping 20 percent discount (this is applicable to the first 100 applicants only). Exactly what do you get out of an individual membership? You can use the swimming pool for free, use the state of the art fitness gym for free, you get two free nights on accommodation per year, a generous 50% discount on accommodation for extra nights of stay, 20% discount on food and beverage as well as preferential rates on resort facilities.
