@mimi - You aren’t alone. Andami nang may problema talaga sa postal offices dito sa Pinas. Kaya tuloy marami nang nagpe-prefer na mag-courier na lang. Unfortunately, hindi lahat maka-afford sa rates ng courier. tsk tsk

@bingo - I agree, the PPO should post contact numbers so that people can ask. Not sure if they have a reliable tracking system, though. A hotline number is a good idea!

Important quality of a good postal service is reliability, efficiency and trustworthy…sadly, the Phil. post office is lacking these reputation. We should just close the Phil post office..they are useless..they could not even provide contact numbers in their website to follow up missing/undelivered mails.
