What they’re looking for in a restaurant manager are the following qualifications: 23-33 years old, male or female, graduate of any 4 year business course, has a pleasing personality, has at least 3 years supervisory experience in the food service industry, is computer literate, has excellent communication skills and has knowledge in financial statements and cost control management.

On the other hand, what Shakey’s Pizza Davao City is looking for in a shift manager are: graduate of any 4-year business course, must be 20-25 years old, has excellent communication skills, has a pleasing personality and is honest and results-oriented. It will also be an advantage if you have an experience in store operation.
