Bioseed Philippines, which is a part of the DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited Group based in India, is looking for marketing supervisors for the following areas in Mindanao: Caraga, Sultan Kudarat, Bukidnon, Misamis, North Cotabato and Zamboanga. Bioseed Philippines is engaged in the research, production, processing and marketing of cotton seeds, rice as well as hybrid corn.
Responsibilities:
Develop quality distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
Supervise the conduct of promotional activities
Attend to customers complaints
Ensure proper implementation of marketing plan and policies in the assigned area
Perform collection activities both for old and current accounts.
Monitor stock inventory of the company’s product in the dealers and distributors as well as those in the government agencies.
Coordinate with government agency (DA) for government related transactions.
Conduct weekly sales meeting.
Do other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in the field of Agriculture preferably major in Agronomy or equivalent,
preferably with a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
Required skill(s): knowledge in marketing of hybrid corn and rice, good communication skills, knows how to speak the local dialect of the area, computer literate, excellent negotiation skills, Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of intensive and extensive working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to cover the areas of Caraga, Sultan Kudarat, Bukidnon, Misamis, North Cotabato and Zamboanga.
Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing of agricultural products especially hybrid corn and rice
