Hi everyone! Hello to all the readers of Mindanaoan! Just a very quick post to let you all know that starting today, this blog by a Mindanaoan will undergo some changes. I will change this blog's look as days go by and I will also be incorporating as many possible Wordpress plugins as possible. I've also recently "re-activated" my Twitter account (I used to be a Twitter addict LOL but thankfully I've got things under control haha) so I'll check out if I can include my updates in my new blog theme, too. Asia America Initiative to provide emergency relief aid to Mindanao

MINDANAO NEWS - Asia America Initiative, a non profit organization based in Washington D.C., United States, is set to visit Mindanao on July 27, 2009. This non-government organization is set to carry out an emergency relief mission to assist more than 90,000 men, women and children who have been displaced by heavy fighting in central Muslim Mindanao. The next Philippine national elections may still be a little over a year away from today but the various personalities believed to be among the "2010 senatoriables" and "2010 presidentiables" have started to make their presence felt here in Mindanao. Just a few days ago, Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay paid Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao a visit. He was the guest of honor in an SK-related event, I think. Totally in love with the new Revolution themes!

Well, these are not the same Revolution Themes, mind you. These are totally new themes that Brian and his fellow designer Jason decided to launch under the open source/GP license.
