UPDATED: This photo designed by @likke says it all. Right now, a lot of areas around Manila are flooded out. Some 200,000 families in 11 regions are affected. News reports say that neck deep floods have forced many residents to flee to rooftops and evacuate. And to make matters worse, PAGASA says that Manila folks should expect more rain.
NOW...it is Mindanao's turn to help. Remember how Manila helped us in our campaigns for Typhoon Sendong victims through Help CDO and One For Iligan?
Now it is time for Mindanao to give back. #MindanaoHelpsManila
So how can you help? Here are a few ways for Mindanaoans to send help to Manila flood victims:
1. You can help spread useful information via social networking websites (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc). I collated some...
You can still help the thousands of victims of the deadly Typhoon Sendong (international name: Washi) by purchasing these HELP CDO and ONE FOR ILIGAN shirts! The proceeds will help feed 10 people. Some of the proceeds will also go to a charity organization.
My family, friends and I already bought several shirts last weekend and they're of really good quality. The HELP CDO and ONE FOR ILIGAN shirts are priced at Php 180.00 (white) and Php 220.00 (black).
In Cagayan de Oro City, you may buy the shirts in Missy Bon Bon and Bigby's Cafe (both located at Rosario Arcade, Limketkai Center). The HELP CDO and ONE FOR ILIGAN shirts will also be available in Cebu City soon. They will be sold in Bigby's Cebu.

I know I owe you my very own Typhoon Sendong story --- I have tried but failed to start writing my entire Sendong experience. Maybe this weekend. Soon, hopefully soon.

All it takes is Php 86.00 (or roughly 2 U.S. dollars). Php 86.00 will buy 1 learning kit for a typhoon affected school-child. Each learning kit will contain 1 eco-bag, envelope, face towel, notebook, pad paper, pieces of art paper, pair of scissors, ruler, crayon, pencil or pen.
Please check the info below to find out how you can send your donations for this Typhoon Sendong Learning Kit donation drive:
Thank you in advance to all the donors. May God bless you....
