Bonok Bonok 2011, which officially starts on September 9, 2011, features ethnic mardi gras street dancing and other festivities. According to a recently conducted survey, residents living in Metro Manila chose Davao City, Surigao and Cagayan de Oro City - all Mindanao towns, of course - as some of their top dreamland destinations. Woohoo! Go Mindanao :D According to the survey, money, time, promise of fun and adventure, or plain reclusion, at least for the summer, were cited as major factors that would determine the final destination.
