PUMA Socials at Ayala Center Cebu

Good news to my friends in Cebu City! PUMA, one of the world’s leading ‘sportlifestyle’ companies, has a fun event in Cebu City today, April 30, 2011 and tomorrow, May 1, 2011! PUMA Social is a new campaign that brings together after-hours athletes — just like YOU! ;) Do you love foosball? Are you a master at darts? Can you do those smash serves in pingpong? Do you manage to come up with a lot of strikes in bowling? And can you do either of these with a beer in one hand? If yes, then you’re the ideal PUMA Social athlete!

PUMA Philippines marketing head Teresa Liwanag put it this way: “PUMA Social is a global campaign that celebrates the after-hours athlete – those unsung heroes of the night who, after work or any undertaking takes time to relax, grab a pingpong paddle, dart pin or bowling ball while a drink on the other; those who take life not too seriously.”

More details after the jump!

PUMA Social is bringing after-hours games such as pingpong and foosball to Cebu City! In fact, there will be a fun-filled 2-day tournament where champions can have the chance of winning P20,000 worth of PUMA gear!

Interested participants may join by simply purchasing a shirt or jacket and signing up and choosing a game at the Puma Store at Ayala Center Cebu. Elimination round will be held on Saturday, April 30 at the Active Zone Activity Center Ayala Cebu. Finals will follow on Sunday, May 1 at the same venue.

And, of course, apart from the fun social games, you guys will also witness PUMA’s latest line of stylish, functional and definitely iconic styles such as the PUMA Suede, Dallas and the T7 Track Jacket. I personally like the PUMA sneakerina and the overnight bag (super roomy bag perfect for that quick weekend getaway…it also has space for my Usher!)

Visit the Puma Store at the Ground Floor, Active Zone, Ayala Center to check out the Spring-Summer’11 collection and to join the PUMA Socials!

See you there!
