Kagay-an Kalo Festival 2012

One of the core events in the Kagay-an Festival 2012 is the 3rd Annual Kagay-an Kalo Parade Competition. Kalo is the local word for “hat.” So the Kalo Parade Competition this year will feature festive hats made out of native / indigenous materials.
